My 20-months-old daughter was so cute following me around the yard this week. She would carry an empty watering can and water my annuals and shrubs, saying "wawa plants". She also enjoyed picking the pansies, but I wasn't too irritated that she picked them since I'm about to replace them anyway.
It was really neat to also see her touch the angel hair plant I had planted the summer I was pregant with her, thinking she'd like it someday. She seemed to really like it, since she said "soft" and put her face against it ;)
